Rolando Johnson, Age 51, transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Monday, April 17, 2023.


He was proceeded in death by his grandmothers, Virginia Elliott and Nellie Green, and Godparents Gladys Webster and Oscar Webster.


Those left to cherish his memory are his parents: Beverly Newsome and Milton Newsome; children: Lee Andre Allen, Kelonda Waddy, and Rolanda Waddy; granddaughter, Honisty Green, siblings: Kim Johnson, Dusharn Johnson, Monteze Johnson, Loteze Johnson, Mariona Newsome, and Veronica Kelly. Nephews: Monroe Johnson, Robert Liggett, Quonteze Greer, PJ Johnson, Isaiah Johnson, William Johnson, and Demarius Williamson. Nieces: Brittany Johnson, Tateania Corn, Kiara Johnson, and Stephanie Mays. Devoted auntie-Monica Green; Aunts: Phyllis Green, Sue Elliott, Sally Newsome, Annie Newsome, Helen Newsome, Juanita Newsome, and Nettie B. Newsome; uncle: Dennis Green, great-uncle: Archie Hambrick and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
