Aundra D. Felton was born on September 16, 1968 in Franklin Tennessee and enter eternal rest on October 17, 2021.
Aundra was brought up by his loving parents, Dorothy and Samuel Lawless.
Aundra accepted Christ at an early age at St Pius Catholic Church School. Then later when he met his wife, Sharon Fletcher-Felton who precedes him in death, became a member of Rockvale Independent Original Church of God.
Aundra became blind while attending Father Ryan High School at 16 years of age. Even though he was legally blind he still got around event to the point of drive, yes, he drove a car. A doctor saw the vision problem that Aundra was having and taught him how to use it, so that he could manage.
Aundra accomplished much in his lifetime.
Aundra attended MTSU where he received his bachelor’s degree of Social Work in 2013. That wasn’t enough, Aundra went on to increase his knowledge and education where he received his master’s degree of Science in Social Work in 2016 from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
Aundra worked the Veterans Administration of Rutherford County-Tennessee until the pandemic which caused them to downsize. Aundra was a person who had to be busy, so he went to work for Wal-Mart until his death.
Aundra loved bowling, fishing, and most of all camping.
Aundra loved his family, especially Dorothy and Samuel, his children Shavon and Larry. Aundra’s grandchildren Alana, Jayden, Kaelyn and KeySonja who was the apple of his eye.
Aundra leaves to cherish his loving memories: devoted mother and father Dorothy and Samuel Lawless; children, Shavon Martin and Larry (Tamiko) Verge, Jr.; grandchildren, Alana, Jayden, Kaelyn Verge and Keysonja Henry Carthen; sisters, Jennifer & Stephanie Felton; aunts, Peggy (Clyde) Grigsby and Alice (Jim) Yates; uncles, Charles, and Jesse Miller; Best friends, Joe Mitchell, John Drake, Terence Tuck, Diallow McDuffie and Jeffrey Simmons.
