Barbara (Bobbi) Jean Rainey Fowler passed September 24, 2017 @ 12:17 a.m., at her home, after a long battle with kidney disease. Preceded in death by her parents Betty Jean Copelin Rainey and Louis Raymond Rainey. She is survived by her daughter Sherri Glass Clifton (Danny) of Mt. Juliet and son Thomas McEwen (Michelle) of Arrington; Three sisters, Brenda Rainey Shoemake of Smyrna, Jackie Rainey of Nashville, Jo Evelyn Rainey Jones of Nashville, and one brother Louis (Buddy) Raymond Rainey Jr.(Karen) of Hermitage. One uncle, Richard (Dicky) Copelin (Virginia) of Mt. Juliet, and one aunt Geneva Copelin of Hendersonville. Four grandchildren, Nikii Livesay Cooke (Josh) of Christiana, Christopher James Livesay (Autumn) of Mt. Juliet, Jessica McEwen of Murfreesboro, and Geremy Douglas Roseti of Murfreesboro. Three great-grandchildren, Callie Grace, Cooper Matthew, and Caiden Byron Cooke. Many nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. Crematory Services by Highland Funeral Home and a memorial service to be held at her home Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 4 pm - 7 pm. 828 Templeton Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Special thanks to Fresenius Kidney Care and Avalon Hospice, as well as Mindy Skinner, Heather and Lisa (Mothers personal care givers) for taking special care of our mother. Mom was a bright and beautiful lady whom we adored. She will be remembered dearly, often missed, and leaves a legacy to be proud of.
