Bennie Fisher

Departed this earthly life on June 3, 2018. He was born December 9, 1940 in Lewisburg, TN to Thomas and Constance Fisher. Both parents preceded him in death as well as the brothers and one sister.
Bennie was educated in Marshall County Schools and graduated in 1959 from Marshall County High School.
He served in the United States Army. After his discharge he worked for Commerce Union, Bank of America, C & S Sovereign, and the YMCA before he finally retired to enjoy fishing and being very active in the church.
Bennie Fisher was a faithful Deacon at Jackson Street Missionary Baptist before joining New Cedar Grove M. B. Church.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife of fifty-four years, Theresa Fisher. Daughter’s: Denise Fisher, Pashae Burns Smith (Marvin), sons Labronze (Cheryl) Floyd and Rodney Burns; sisters, Dorothy McClain, Bessie Gordon (MB); brother: Tony Fisher (Faith). A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, adopted children, nieces, nephews and friends.
