Beverly Marie Mooreland

Beverly Marie Mooreland, age 86, of Madison, Tennessee passed away on August 5, 2017 at her residence.

Sister Mooreland was born in Racine Wisconsin on June 10, 1931. She attended schools in Wisconsin and Tennessee.

Beverly worked as a Medical Receptionist Clerk II at Vanderbilt for 17 years and a daycare provide for 10 years. She was actively involved in the Worldwide Ministry of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 60 years. She was baptized August 3, 1957 in Ripley, Tennessee.

Sister Mooreland had a profound love for Jehovah God and really loved the christian brothers and sisters. She enjoyed the field ministry and in her career as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, she aided many to come to know Jehovah. She enjoyed working with the Regional Building Committee, helping to quickly build Kingdom Halls. She worked in the Safety department.

Beverly loved animals, cats especially. She loved cut flowers, roses was her favorites, her favorite color was blue. She loved birds, especially the seagulls. Other things she loved to do was to talk, loved children, soul food, Chinese food, and food from Wendy’s. She also loved old Western movies and the music of the 70’s.

Sister Mooreland was preceded in death by her mother and father, two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by her six children, Anetta Harrison, John Mooreland, Larry Burney, Brian Burney, Kym Mooreland, and Kellye Mooreland; sixteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren; nieces, and nephews.
