Brenda Ann Suggs

May 15, 1951 — April 6, 2022

Brenda Ann Suggs was born May 12, 1951 in Springfield, TN to the late Margaret Louise Williams Taylor
the late Herschel Taylor. She departed this life on April 6, 2022. Brenda was baptized at an early age and united with Cleveland Street Missionary Baptist Church.

She attended Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools and graduated from East Nashville High School. Brenda united in holy matrimony with the late Harold Bratton Suggs Sr. To this union two children were born, Harold Bratton Suggs, Jr, and the late Brendolyn Roshell Suggs Williams.

For 32 diligent years, she worked at US Smokeless Tobacco Company until she retired in 2014. Brenda loved spending time with her family and cooking extravagant dinners for the holidays. She loved music and enjoyed relaxing for hours in her jet tub.

She was loved by all and never met a stranger. Even with her kind generous nature, she would still let you know about yourself in a second. Brenda always gave good advice; she always knew exactly what to say to make you feel better.

Brenda will be dearly missed and cherished by all her family and friends. Brenda leaves to cherish her memories her devoted son, Harold Suggs, Jr, sisters; Deborah (Michael) Farmer, Karen (Bobby) Hampton, and Sharon Stewart; brother, Terry Stewart; grandchildren, Jamal Jackson, Endoneshia Suggs, Kierra Suggs, Arianne Johnson, Harold "Tre" Suggs, Ill, Alec Steely, Jaylen Gupton, and Madison Thomas; great-grandchildren, Jay'Ceon Suggs, Jay'Den Suggs, Morgan Kemp, Mc'Kenzie Jackson, Kalli Suggs, Dahlyla Robertson, and Ja'ChaeIyn Suggs.
