Turner, Keyvontay Owens, LeCarl Owens, Carlisha Parrish, Demetria Parrish, Alexandria Dotson, Kyerrius Parrish, De’Karrian Parrish and Yion German; great nephew, DeQuan Matlouck; aunts, Shirley Ann Vaughn, Carolyn F. Mitchell (Clarence), Tommie L. Lillard (Cecil) and Celeste M. Duke; cousins, Robert Taylor, Shalautta (Mickey) Taylor, Ebony Taylor, Erica Taylor, Brandy Holt, Kenneth (Beefy) Taylor, Bobby Taylor, Derrick Taylor, Lakeisha Swanson, Terrence Bradford, Clifford (Baby Red) Taylor and Cecil (Hollywood) Lillard,; very devoted and close friend, Terry Parham and a host of other family and friends who will all love and cherish her memory.

 Carla had a kind and loving heart. She touched the lives of all those she encountered. She will always be known for her love and generosity. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, auntie, niece, cousin and friend to many, and she will dwell in the hearts of all of us now and forever. She is gone but she will never be forgotten.
