He leaves to cherish his memories wife Alberta Y. Ervin; sons: Charles Ervin Jr. and John (Peaches) Ervin; daughters: Deobrah (William) Mayard, Arnetta Harris, Cornelia (Arvell) Edmondson, and Anita Drew; brothers: Russell (Amelie) Ervin and John Couch; sister, Helen (Nathan) Pride; grandchildren: Montez, Thomas, Tanesha, Michael, Antivius, Jaron, Jaquez, Chris, Q’Nii, Angel, and Carton; brother-in-law, Horace Smith; Also, a host of nieces, nephews, great and great great grandchildren other cousins, relatives, and friends.
