Preceded in death by devoted and loving wife, Layvonne Marie Howard on December 17, 2023.
Charles is survived by five sons, Charles Jr, (Tisha), Michael (Tommi), Andre (Leona), Carlos, and Richard (Dedrick), six grandchildren, Justice Lee Howard (deceased), Patience Howard, Kamiyla Howard, Xavier Howard, Charles Lee Howard III, Paris Howard.
He also leaves to mourn, his big sister B. Howard Vanlier, his brother Warner Lewis Howard and a host of nephews and nieces, friends and Church family.
