Charles is mourned by his caring devoted wife of 49 years, Mrs. Sandra Lee, daughter, Gina (Eddie) Todd and son, Mark (Laronda) Woodard; grandchildren, Cecil & Cierra Payne, Amaya & Madison Woodard, Tavaris Woodard, Neasha Coleman and Tim Hall Jr.; siblings, William Lee, Jr., Claudie Doloris Lee and Larry Lee; loving sister-in laws, Mary Wilson and MaeDella Woodard; 4 great-grandchildren; and an extended family circle of devoted nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and co-workers.
