Christy Laine Mccall

Christy Lane McCall, age 54 of Nashville transitioned from this earthly life on Wednesday, September 9, 2015.

She was born November 20th 1960 in Hartsville, Tennessee to Lawrence E. McCall, Sr. and Margaret York.

Christy attended Ward High School. In later years her father married Mary Wortham who became a very devoted step mom throughout her illness.

She accepted Christ at an early age and later united with New Unity Church in Nashville, TN. Christy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her mother and father.

Those left to cherish her memories are: a devoted step mom, Mary McCall; two sons, JeJuan (Angel) Wright of Hartsville, TN., and DeWayne Wright of Gallatin, TN; 20 grandchildren; brothers, Lawrence Edward McCall Jr., Perry McCall, and Christopher (Ebony) McCall of Nashville, TN; sisters, Benita (Leon) Campbell, Eunita Hendking, and Clarissa McCall; step sisters, Teresa Jones, Laura Jones, and Rachael Jones; step brother, Charlie Jones; aunts, Maxine (James) McDonald of Hartsville, TN and Charlotte McCall (Jessie) Greer of Nashville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and numerous other relatives; very devoted friends who cared for her, Eddie Sanders of Nashville, TN and Sandra Wright of Hartsville, TN., Donnie whom she loved dearly; devoted friend, Elizabeth McAdoo, who referred to her as (Momma Pete); play sister, Theresa Davis; J. D. (Nancy) McCall of Hartsville, TN.

Visitation Monday, September 14, 2015 from 11am-12 noon with funeral to follow at Highland Hills Chapel, 2422 Brick Church Pike.
Interment, Greenwood North Cemetery.
