Cynthia Rene Griffin, transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Saturday, January 21, 2023.

Cynthia Rene Griffin was born September 15, 1966, in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Mary and Delton Manley. She entered eternal rest on Saturday January 21, 2023. Cynthia attended the public schools of Metro Nashville Davidson County. She worked as a Restaurant Associate for over 20 years.

Cynthia had a strong love for life and enjoyed times of laughter and celebration with her family and friends. She was full of energy and was loved by many. Cynthia never met a stranger and shared love with those in her presence. Cynthia was the life of the party and danced until she could not dance anymore. Her lovely smile will be missed, and her soul will continue to live through each one of her loved ones. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a friend, a protector and a loving person.

Cynthia is survived by six  children, Carmanisha Griffin, Shaundrika Griffin, Aleshia Griffin, Lashanda Griffin, John Armstrong and Antwon Armstrong; sisters, Katherine, Delizanne, Darlene, Sheree, Bevely, Dorthy, Evelyn, Michelle, and Melanie; brothers, Allen, John, Darryl, and Leonard, devoted sister, Emma Dee; devoted cousin, Sharon Welch; devoted nephew, Larry McNelson; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of other relatives and friends; devoted friend, Victor Lawrence.
