Cynthia Ann Watts, affectionately known as "Cindy," was born on July 1, 1959 in Jacksonville, Florida. Her parents were James S. Lively, Jr. and Eva Mae Dietz. Cindy passed away on June 25, 2013 surrounded by her children who she cherished. Cindy was married to James Thomas "Tom" Watts who preceded her in death in 2000.

Cindy worked at various occupations over the years always concentrating on the loving care of her family. She loved gardening and cats and absolutely loved going to the Cat Shoppe on Bransford Avenue.

Cindy is survived by her loving family including her children Michelle Watts and Fredrick Watts of Nashville; her friend and companion, Dell Millard of Nashville; her sister Patricia "Patti" Lively of Nashville; her brother and sister in law, James S. "Jim" Lively, III, and Linda Lively of Old Hickory; her nephews, Christopher J. and Wife Gretchen Lively of Portland, Oregon; her nephew Nathan S. Lively of Old Hickory; Tom's parents, William Russel and Evelyn Watts of Nashville; her brothers in law, Billy and wife Gretchen Watts of Texas and Jerry Watts of Nashville; sister in law Pat and husband Will Ward of Florida; her best friends, Louise and Jeff Sherri of Nashville; too many pets to mention all their names; and other family members and friends.
