Dallas Lingston Deshawn Cato age 23, born November 4,1993
Passed away April 5,2017.
Anybody and everybody that knew Dallas, knows how much he loved his family and that he had a VERY special relationship with his Papa (Edmond Cato Jr.) From the time he was able to walk he thought he was supposed to be by his papa’s side so that he could go to the park. He learned to fish and to cast a rod and reel like a seasoned professional at 3 or 4 years old.
Dallas had a love of cooking and especially grilling as he was his papa’s assistant for many years. Dallas tinkered with fixing cars and what he couldn’t figure out he used You Tube.
Dallas was also devoted to his loving father, Shawn. They would often travel to Dickson Tn to visit the elder family. Dallas was intrigued about his family heritage and would ask about how things were back in the day.
Dallas loved his daughter, Daliyah, she is the spitting image of him and they spent quality time.
Dallas was know by many and LOVED by many as he might have called you or popped up at your house to pay you a visit, sit and chat it up and show you that big infectious smile and quirky laugh that we loved so much. He believed in family and would find all who were kin to him from both sides and even adopt you (friends) as family. Dallas was a big hearted and care free and will be sorely missed!!!
