Darrel Lamont Blair

Mr. Darrel Lamont Blair, Age 50 transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.


Darrel was born November 29, 1970 in Orlando Florida, to Henderson D. Blair, Sr. and Denise Lynce Blair. He was educated in MNPS schools and graduated with pride from Maplewood High School class of 1990.


He was a long-time employee of Chesleys Cleaners. Darrel aka 'Derty D" was one of the founding members of the Fed-Up MC. He was a lover of music of all kinds; he loved movies, dancing and hanging with family and friends and was the true definition of "Life of the Party". He never met a stranger and those that new him admired and loved him greatly.


Darrel is survived by his Mother Denise Blair, father Henderson Blair, Sr., siblings Henderson (Jacquie) Blair, Jr, Antoinette (Lewis) Brown, Lamont (Karen) Blair, Dr. Nar-Keetha (John) Cosby, Danyell Blair, Kevin (Kesha) Blair, Jonathan Word, Jacques Johnson, and Liz Lyons and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, and beloved friends.
Darrel lived a happy and full life and will be lovingly remembered and truly missed by all.
