She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Hall; mother, Georgia Lenox, and husband, Joe Thomas Baker.


Deborah leaves to cherish her memories sons, Joslyn (Sharika) Stewart and Deadrick (Nickie) Jones; daughter, Tracy Perry; loving grandchildren, Anthony Stewart, Latraus Perry, Demitris Perry, Demari (Hailey) Perry, Josiah Jones, Joi Stewart, Jadalyn Stewart, and Jonas Jones; precious great grandchildren, King Perry, Samara Martinez, Caiden Perry, Prince Perry, and Mila Perry; brother, Sammuel Hall; sisters, Lavelle Hall and Ava L. Hall; loving stepmother, Janice Hall and devoted best friends, Jan Carter, Regina Baynham, and a host of family and friends. Deborah was a loving woman, and she will truly be missed.
