Deneen Jones Shuler was born on February 29th, 1964, to the late Charles Benson and Sadie Jones. She was born and raised in the Harlem section of New York. She left this earth on Tuesday, December 13th at the age of 58, surrounded by her family who will continue to honor her legacy.
Deneen Jones Shuler was married to Lewis Clay Shuler Sr. On February 07, 2003. Deneen attended and graduated from Benjamin Franklin High School in 1981. And also completed her education at I.T Tech. She was devoted servant of God. Always keeping the Sabbath an loved learning about the Bible.
Deneen's life was tragically cut short. She was called home to God. The youngest of six, she was always innocent and impressionable. The most memorable was her giving and forgiving nature. She always opened her home to those in need. She harbored a safe house of comfort and nourishment. She cared not whether there was a reward or reimbursement. For being surrounded by a constant throng of people gave her meaning and emotional fuel.
Taking stock of the person she was and will always be remembered as; she was the nucleus of the cell. She cooked daily; babysit her grandchildren and those of no relation simply because she adored children. She felt babies and children exuded the innocent love that uplifts one's emotional being and this was the heavenly fuel that kept her going despite her ailments. She was never judge mental, she loved everyone around from her heart.
Devoted mother and wife, she is survived by her husband Lewis Shuler, daughters, Crystal Jones, Erica McIntyre, Storm Shuler, Madison Shuler. Sons; Louis Dolce, Johnathan Shuler. Sister; Venus Jones; brothers; James and Ronald Williams, Elloit and Herbert Jones; Grandchildren, Fourteen loved ones. Step Children, Sethinina Shuler, Lewis Shuler Jr. In Laws, Tina Shuler Davis, Aaron Davis, Jerome Jones.
Her bright light and big heart left us too soon, but we will remember her warmth, love and generosity.
