Emma Beatrice Davis Ewing

Emma “Bea” Beatrice Petty Ewing was welcomed to the late Emma Beatrice Davis and late James W. Petty. She was the eldest of her 3 siblings, here in Nashville, TN.
On July 10, 2023, “Bea” was welcomed back with open arms as her Lord and Savior said “Job well done, thy good and faithful servant”!
“Bea” was blessed to be with her soulmate, best friend and most of all her loving husband Joseph Ewing Sr., for over 66 years.
“Bea” attended Pearl High School and received a diploma. Her career was spent doing what she loved the most as a cook. She later became a part of the Metro Public Nashville School family as a mother patrol and school bus monitor before her retirement.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Her loving husband; Joseph Ewing Sr, Her beloved Children; Donald Petty, Joseph Ewing Jr, Theophilus (Tina) Ewing, very devoted daughter Sheryl Ewing Utley, Marcia Grey, and her 19 grandchildren, 2 devoted grandkids Donald Brown and Knesha Ewing, Great and Great Great Grandkids cherished by her loving and caring devoted sister Sue Ann Kell and Tylicia Gordon; her Aunts; Mattie Riley, Mary (Walter) Townsend, ShirLetta Davis, Wanda Foxx, Sandra Cooks, and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives.
Bea was truly honored to have each of you whom she met in her life and for that “We say thank you”!
