Obituary----The Cherished Memories of
Gracie was born in Nashville, Tennessee on September 11, 1952 to Swin Seats, Sr and Mother Charlie Seats-Demonbreum.
Gracie was baptized at the age of 13 and accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. Gracie new God created everything and made it beautiful. You knew this because of her garden and for the joyous music that she listened too.
She attended the Metro School System and she was employed at Vanderbilt.
The sweet, sweet spirit of the living God came to Gracie at Creekside Rehabilitation Center and Gracie answered the call of God and went home to rest.
She is preceded death by: Swin Seats, Sr. (father), Charlie Seats-Demonbreum (mother); brother: Swin Seats, Jr. and sister: Carolyn Seats.
She peacefully departed this life September 3, 2018 and leaves to mourn and cherish her memories: Sons, Williams Seats (Michelle) and Joseph Whitfield (Reshumda) both of Nashville, Tennessee and five grandchildren: Demarcus, Travis, Madyson, Howard, Jada and Jaden.
Living siblings: Barbara Mitchell (Ernest), Williams Mikey Seats (Yulanda) Helen Gibbs (Anthony), Kathleen Wilson (Edward), Ricky Seats (Christa)
Special Friends: Pinky, Eileen and Josslyn
And a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and sorrowing friends.
