James Edward Jordan was born in Nashville, Tennessee on May 15, 1958. James received his education in the Metropolitan Public Schools System where he graduated from North High School.
James loved sports and his favorite sports was baseball and basketball. He coached several little leagues and, he would always encouraged his sons to play sports as well, but overall James was a quite person but he would do whatever he could for anyone.
James worked for the Metro School System for several years until his health failed him.
He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted mother, Mrs. Mattie Wallace; sons, James Jr (Danielle) Jordan Jerel (Naketa) Jordan, Edmund Jordan; brother, Richard (Eva) Jordan; sister, Corega (Harold) White; grandchildren, James, Jayce, Jayda, Ethan, Cedric, Dailyn Jordan; devoted friends, Ronald Taylor, Sr., and Raymond Patton; and a host of other relatives and friends.
