He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Williams, Sr., mother, Cornelia Shaw Williams; sister, Dorothy Watson, and son, Ky’ren O’Neal. 

He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Viola Williams; brothers, Clarence Williams, Charles Williams, Jr., Albert Williams, and Claude Williams; sister, Verna Lee Williams; children, Jerry L. Williams, Jr., and Cedric Brumfield; stepdaughter, Dennae Clay; grandchildren, Cedric Brumfild Jr., Avalalynn Brumfield, Jeffy L. Williams III, Jailen O. Williams, De’Niyah Humphrey, and DeNaruus Clay; and other family members and friends.
