Survived by his devoted mother and care taker, Beryl Perkins; children, Kimberly, Dominique & Destine; brother, Travis J. (Charity) Perkins; and a host of friends.
Visitation Tuesday, August 26, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with funeral to follow at Highland Hills Chapel, 2422 Brick Church Pike with Elder Saul Eady, Jr., eulogist.
Interment Greenwood North Cemetery.
