Leon Hicks Sr.

Leon Hicks, Sr, graced this world with his essence on February 8, 1949 in Pine Bluff, AK to John Hicks and Corine (Lee) Hicks.
Leon received his formal education in Milwaukee, Wisc public school system. He worked for manufactory Co’s Evinrude Motors, hefch originators manufacturer, and the animal hospital. November 9, 1969 Leon met the love of his life, Alice Anderson. They were married October 22, 1975 they had five children.
Leon gave his life to the Lord he was a visablely changed man.
Leon departed this life to be with Christ on January 31, 2018.
Leon was preceded in death by his son, Dontay; his father, John Hicks; his mother, Corne (Lee) Hicks; sisters, Erma Harris and Annie Rancher; brother, Gaytherlon Hicks.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 43 years, Alice; son, Kelvin, Madison, WI., Melvin, Milwaukee, WI, Leon Jr., Nashville, TN; daughter, Nicole, Nashville, Luevonia Pickett, Madsion, WI; 18 grandchildren; special brother-in-law, Joel Harris, Sr; brother, Larry Hicks; nice, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
