Preceded in death by husband, Merriett Perry, Sr.; parents, Ernest (Evalina) Jordan. Survived by son, Merriett (M.C.) Perry, Jr.; brother, Carl (Katherine) Jordan; sister, Mary Jordan-Polk.; aunt, Amelia Howse; uncle, Ellis Hyde; devoted friend, Ethel Brooks; other relatives and friends. Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 from 6-7 p.m. with a Celebration of Life service to follow at Lake Providence M.B. Church, 5891 Nolensville Pike, Pastor H. Bruce Maxwell Officiant/Eulogist.
