Age 81, transitioned Saturday February 26, 2022. Survived by loving & devoted wife of 54 years, Pauline Phelps; daughter, Chandra Phelps; son, Stacey Phelps; 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, 1 brother.
Family will receive friends Friday, March 11th, 6-8pm at Phillips Chapel CME Church, 97 Lewis St. Visitation Saturday, March 12th, 11am-12 noon with funeral to follow at Highland Hills Funeral Home, 2422 Brick Church Pike. Interment Monday, March 14th at 10am in the Middle TN State Veterans Cemetery.
