Marcus Anthony Jackson, age 35 transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Monday, September 11, 2023.

Marcus Anthony Jackson, affectionately known as "Scooter" was born July 11, 1988 to Marcia Jordan and Anthony Jackson. Marcus lived an amazing life until he gained his wings on September 11, 2023.

Marcus accepted Jesus as his savior, being baptized into Christ at Eastside church of Christ. He attended Metropolitan-Nashville Public Schools, graduating from Stratford High School, class of 2007. He also attended Tennessee State University and Nashville State Technical College.

Marcus was employed by Tower Market & Deli where he was loved dearly by the staff and customers. He LOVED WWE, Dead-Pool, and the Detroit Lions. His greatest joy was being a single dad to his daughter, Serenity, whom he ADORED.

With Thanksgiving, those who will miss him & cherish his memory are his devoted parents, Mother -Marcia Jordan and Father-Anthony Jackson (Sherry -bonus Mom), daughters: Serenity Jackson and Ariel & Ariyona Daniel, brother Jacolby Cox, bonus siblings: Aisha (Fred), Marco (Angel), Joezette (Zackery), and Jacinta (Kyle), Maternal Grandmother: Brenda Jordan-Lewis, Paternal Grandmother: Alice Jackson, Bonus Grandmother: Peggy Weir, devoted best friends: Felicia Daniel and Shequetta Dobson his aunts, Godmother, uncles, and many cousins, church family and many more friends.
