Marvin Lewis, age 55, departed this life on December 1, 2020. He entered this life on November 24, 1965 in Nashville, Tennessee to Clarence French and the late Bobbie Jean Lewis. He was preceded in death by his loving and devoted wife, Isabelle Lewis, and son, DarSean Campbell.

Marvin attended Metro Nashville public schools of Davidson County. He was a professional mover with Coleman moving company and operated in his skills at other moving companies for over 25 years, both local and nationally. Marvin was introduced to Jesus Christ at an early age and demonstrated his faith, while attending church with his grandmother, the late Nora Lee Greer. Marvin enjoyed his job, spending time at home with his children and grandchildren, and socializing with all his extended family members. He was the life of the party, and was always full of love, and laughter. He had many friends and will be missed by all who knew him.

Marvin is survived by his Father, Clarence (Valarie) French of Newport News, Virginia. Children, Emily (Steven) Reid-Carter, Robert (Ebony) Reid, Richard (Lakeda) Reid, and Diane Reid. Siblings, Kelly Drew, Marco Perrin, Timothy Baxter, Corlass Wooten, Trina Golden, and Yvette Wilson, Aunts, Honza (Dot) O’Neal, and Marilyn Greer-Glenn, Uncles, James (Punkin) French and Calvin E. Flowers, seventeen grandchildren, and a host of extended family members and friends.
