Michael Foster Johnson

Michael Foster Johnson entered into life on April 4th, 1953 in Nashville TN, to the late Lillie O. Johnson and Thomas R. Johnson.

He transitioned from this earthly life to eternal rest on December 19th, 2023.

At a early age he dedicated his life to Christ and continued to united in fellowship at Mt. Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church, doing the Lords work volunteering in the church. 

He graduateduated from John Overton High school. Attended Fisk University on a football scholarship. He was employed with Sunbeam Bakery for over 10 years and MTA for over 10 years, and continued in transportation for Metro until 2009, when he retired to take care of his late wife, Sarah R Johnson.

Michael was the life of the party, and a real friend when you needed one. He was caring, loving and protective. His sense of humor will be missed.

With pleasant memories and thoughts of laughter to always cherish and hold dear, Michael leaves behind: loving daughter, Nicole L. Johnson; aunts and uncles, family and close friends.
