Deaconess Mildred Clemons Hogan-Age 86, boarded the “Morning Train” on September 4, 2014 at Trevecca Healthcare Center, after an extended illness.
Survived by children, Willie Evelyn Shields, Hervie Franklin Clemons, Jr. (Doris), Marcia Jordan, Charles Raymond (Vickie) Clemons, Jean “Susie” Hobbs, Minister Mildred (Elder Lester) Baker, Huntsville, AL., Dan (Vickie), Odessa “Tina”, and Fredrick Clemmons; a host of grandchild, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives & friends.
Deaconess Hogan will “Lie in State” Friday, September 12, 2014 from 1-7pm with family present from 5-7pm at Highland Hills Funeral Home, 2422 Brick Church Pike.
Going Home Celebration Saturday, September 13, 2014, with the family visitation from 11AM-12Noon, funeral immediately afterwards at Hopewell M. B. Church, 2011 Stokers Lane with Rev. Lorenza Edwards, officiating and Pastor Clinton M. Lewis, Sr., eulogist. Interment Greenwood Main Cemetery.
