Milford Robert Stratton

Milford R. Stratton, (76), of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on November 26, 2023. Milford, fondly know by many as Stratton, was born to Johnny Campbell and Ida Mae Stratton, on September 24, 1947. He was a loving father, grandfather, husband, and dear friend. He was an alumni of Pearl High School. After more than 20 years of dedicated service, he retired from St. Thomas and Clover Bottom Psychiatric hospitals where he was a psychiatric technician.

Milford is survived by his wife Deborah and 5 children, Shawn, Robert, Rasheed (Moniqueca), Taji (Joenequa), and Mario (Jalesha). He’s also survived by his sister, Clara Paige (George), his twenty-five grandkids, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Milford was predeceased by his parents, Johnny and Ida Mae, and two brothers Robert Campbell and James Stratton.

Milford enjoyed football, and he loved cheering on his favorite team the Tennessee Titans. He spent his retired years making memories with close friends and family. While he left us too soon, the impact he had on his family and friends will be felt for years to come.
