Nicole was born in Bad Hersfeld, Germany on February 21, 1978. She lived in Germany only a short time before moving to the Nashville area; where she spent the rest of her journey towards heaven. She attended McGavock High School in Nashville and nurse aid school in Madison.
Nicole is survived by her two beautiful daughters, Breanna and Kearsten; mother, Petra Aylward; father, Robert Alyward; brother, Bobby Aylward; husband, David Collins; grandfather, Lothar Weise; step father, Brent Goddard; step brother, Charles Shannon; step sister, Lacreda Shannon; stepmother, Panthea Shannon-Alyward; niece, Myciah Wilson; nephew, Micah Shannon; father-in-law, Larry Grigsby.
A Memorial service will be held at the New Life Church, 110 Park Circle, Old Hickory, TN on April 9, 2015 @ 2:00pm.
