Patricia (Patsy) Inez Hamer

Patricia Inez Hamer entered this earthly life on June 9, 1955. Her Heavenly Father called her home on December 23, 2017.

Patricia “Patsy” Hamer was born in Nashville, Tennessee to the parents of Isaac Wilson and Ruby Perry. Patricia graduated from Pearl High School. She gave her life to Jesus Christ at Watson Grove Missionary Baptist Church and later joined Temple Church where she was a member of the choir. Her favorite pastime was watching old classic movies and reading with her Sister to Sister Book Club.

Patricia leaves to cherish her loving memory, her mother Ruby Perry; daughter, Leah (Keith) Marsh; grandchildren, Keiara Marsh, Keinan Marsh and Keiandre Marsh; her fiancé, James Kenner; devoted friend, Jewel Gilbert; aunts, Ruth Epps and Patricia Smith; uncle, Harry Cannon; dedicated cousins, Monica and Mellanie McLendon, Tiffanie Fletcher, Stephen Cannon and Tori Cannon; through past union with Billie J. Hamer she secured the love from various Hamer family members; a host of other caring family members and friends.

Public viewing Friday, December 29, 2017 from 1:00pm ~ 6:00pm at Highland Hills Chapel, 2422 Brick Church Pike. Visitation Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 11:00 a. m. ~ 12:00 noon with funeral to follow at the Temple Church, 3810 Kings Lane, Nashville, TN 37218. Interment in Greenwood North Cemetery, Goodlettsville, TN.
