Ronnie Gene Mcclain was born January 23, 1957. He was the second of six siblings born to the late William and elma McClain.
He confessed his Faith in Christ at an early age, and was baptized and united with the Mount Gilead Missionary Baptist Church.
Ronnie received his education from the Nashville Metro public schools and gradu- ated from McGavock High School In 1975. Following graduation, Ronnie enlisted in the United States Armed forces (Army) were he served his country faithfully for many years. He later worked in Construction, Environmental Specialist and Cus- tomer Service Representative.
He loved to travel and explore di erent cultures, and people of all walks of life. His last known place of residence was in Syracuse, New York until his health started to fail him which prompted him to return to his family in Nashville, Tennessee.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, William and elma McClain; and sister, Kathy McClain.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories, brother, James McClain; sisters, Janice (Peter) Battle, Sandy McClain, Sharon (David) Patterson, a host of nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends.
