Rose Ann Elizabeth Buchanan

Rose Ann Elizabeth Buchanan, age 68 transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Saturday, December 26, 2020.

Rose Ann Elizabeth Buchanan was born July 5th, 1952 in Nashville, TN to James C. Beasley Sr. and JoAnna Beasley. She received her education in the Nashville public school system and she attended Nashville State Community College receiving an Associate Degree in Medical Billing and Coding. Rose Ann was employed for 25 years at Vanderbilt Medical Center before she retired. She was currently working as a payroll supervisor for NCOA.

Rose Ann loved the Lord and she worshiped at 15th Avenue Baptist Church where she was a very active member. She cherished her friends and loved her family, especially her son, Maurice.

Preceded in death by her parents, James Calvin Beasley, Sr and Jo Anna Elizabeth Christmon.

Survived by son, Maurice (Jeneene) Buchanan; brother, James (Gwen) Beasley; sister, Yvonne Baxter; grandchildren, Maurice Evans, Maurika Buchanan, Reginald Hall and Vaqaya McClerkin; great grandchildren, Mauricia Evans and Tristan McClerkin; bonus grandchildren, Kevin (Alycia) Redmond and Jenee (Donald) Westmoreland and bonus great grandchildren; niece, Rashaunda Simmons, and Ramona Hunt; nephew, Drayson (Sonya) Beasley, Reginald Green and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and family members.
