Rosetta Grimes Harmon

Rosetta Grimes Harmon formally of Dickson, TN transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Thursday, December 18, 2014 in Nashville, TN.

Rosetta Grimes Harmon was born December 24, 1954 in Dickson, TN, to the Ed and Beatrice Grimes. She spent much of her life in Dickson, TN, where she was educated and met her late husband, Ricky Harmon.
Rosetta was employed with Dickson County Nursing Home for over 15 years. She later moved to Nashville, TN and became a member of 40th Avenue Church of Christ in which she found a new relationship with Christ. A loving mother and devoted wife, she spent much of her time pleasing those around her, especially kids; leaving an open door for any and every one willing to spend time with her.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband Ricky, and brother, John Grimes.

Rosetta leaves to cherish her memories a son, Jerat (Lakreshia ) Grimes of Nashville; daughter, Adrianne Grimes of Nashville; six grandchildren, Darien Grimes, Jacques Grimes, Jacon Grimes, Jaylen Grimes, Adaisha Grimes, and Jaiden Grimes; Four sisters, Ida Pearl Grimes of Dickson, Sarah (Perry) Turner of Dickson, Eddie Jean (Charles) Anderson of Dickson, Donna Harmon of Nashville; two brothers, Eddie Ray Grimes of Dickson and Timothy Grimes of Nashville. She also leaves behind cherished nieces and nephews, Aneia, Ayla, TJ, and Paul Harmon, all of Nashville, Tn; Corey Anderson of Dickson, Tn, and a host of others; two devoted lifelong friends, Norma Haynes and Amanda Mayes.

God made much of life possible through many endeavors.
