Soe Ya

Soe Ya, age 26 of Antioch, passed away October 25, 2014 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born May 24, 1988 in Burma and was the son of Darwin Ya and Say Lah Chit. He was employed with WWL of Smyrna and attending Nashville State Community College. In addition to his parents, he is survived by 5 brothers, Annawar Min & Mu Kee, Shwe Soe, Soe Khant, Min Htet and Lar Lar May; 4 sisters, May Soe & Thein Tan, May Adana & Eh Min, The Sein Pway & Pa Pa Kaw, and Mya Htet Zar.
Soe Ya had a passion for music. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing with friends. His faith in God was displayed through his generous and caring spirit toward others. He would help those who were in need, and shared God’s Word with others. He loved his family and friends deeply.
Soe Ya’s family will gather from 4:00 until 7:00 PM on Saturday, November 1st at Highland Hills Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, November 2 at 1:00 PM at the Nashville First Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 2800 Blair Blvd, Nashville, TN, officiated by Pastor Santos.
Burial will follow in the Bordeaux Adventist Memorial Gardens, 3327 Curtis St, Nashville.
