Age 29, died unexpectedly on Saturday, October 15, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center, surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Stanley was famous for his bear hugs and liked by everyone. A graduate of Stratford High School, he hit the ground running - quickly achieving seniority status in the work place and purchasing his own home by the age of 21. Stanley was a faithful member of Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church. He had recently been recognized as a future deacon. In normal Stanley fashion he looked forward to this as he was always willing to assist in whatever was asked of him.
He loved to travel: Belize, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and enjoyed the Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs. Stanley took his beloved wife, Selena, to the Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu for their honeymoon.
Stanley was the most kind-hearted, loving, respectful, and responsible young man anyone could know, always smiling. His friendliness and warmth to all people and his devotion to his family are a tribute to the beauty of his heart and soul. He was loved by all who knew him and he will be deeply missed. Stanley truly lived life through simple pleasures with his family. The happiest days of his life were his most recent, with his wife and newborn son.
