Age 58, departed this life February 23, 2016.
Stanley (Stan) Mells Perrien was born October 27, 1957 in East St. Louis, Illinios to the late Fannie L. Perrien and Robert L. Morgan.
After battling a lengthy illness, he passed from this life to his eternal life at 3:00 a.m. on February 23, 2016.
He accepted Christ at an early age and served in church in Marion, Indiana at Greater Second Baptist and Indianapolis, Indiana at Puritan Missionary Baptist Church.
He retired from Federal Reserve, Bank of Chicago Indianapolis Office. Stan enjoyed his family. He truly loved his sister, Mironda.
Survived by son, Bishop Ronald T. Perrien; grandchildren, Lachan Powell, Larissa Barrel, Matthew McFarlin, Bryant Tolliver, DaShawna Hockday; seven great grandchildren; siblings, Elder Robert (Cheryl) Perrien, Rosalind R. Lee, Mironda J. Perrien (Eddie) Ramey; nephews, Reuben (Darnykka) Perrien, Robert D. Perrien; nieces, Simonia (Salvador) Drummer, Victor Lee, Zellann Lee, Levi Lee, Diamond Lee, Kim (Kevin) Black, Terilyn (Eddie) Hoke, Aprile (Ronald) Turner; and a host of other relatives and friends; devoted friends, Frankie Carter, Marilyn Stewart, Ruth Fisher and Ben Hill.
