Tammy Michelle Kirby-Clark

Tammy Michelle Kirby-Clark was born November 30, 1972 in Nashville, Tennessee to Cynthia Kirby. She departed this life on September 18, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

Tammy was educated in Davidson County Public Schools wear she was a graduate of Pearl Cohn High School.

Tammy was married in Holy matrimony to James K. Clark, Sr., in 1993. She was employed as a Medical Assistant with Cornea Consultants.

Tammy loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, watching Big Brother House show, reading a good book, collecting colorful socks, and purses.

Tammy leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, James Clark, Sr; three sons, Jonathan Kirby, James Clark, Jr. (Deslin), and Christopher Clark; two daughters, T`Keyah Clark (Cedrick) and Brittany Clark; five beautiful grandchildren, Kameron, Nyla, Kaycie, Connor and baby John; mother, Cynthia Kirby; mother-in-law, Anita Taylor (James); one sister-in-law and three brothers-in-law; and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
