Terry Dewayne Sherrell was born July 9, 1996 to Mr. Terry D. Burns and Ms. Nicole T. Sherrell. He transitioned from this earthly life on Sunday, November 12, 2017.
Terry was raised at Greater Grace Temple Community Church and then later became a faithful attendee at New Livingstone Baptist Church, Cathedral of Praise and Mt. Zion Baptist Church
Terry graduated from Hunter’s Lane High School where he was a popular running back on the football team. He was a current student at Tennessee State University pursuing a degree in Business Management with aspiring hopes to become an Entrepreneur.
Terry had a heart and special way with children that made him a favorite with all of his cousins. He was always “sharp” and known as a stylish dresser who kept up with the latest fashion trends. He enjoyed shopping, sports, cars and borrowing $20.00 dollars. His favorite past time was hanging with his best friends and home boys Chance Holt, Jaunya Smith, Jaylen Moore, Nicholas Brownlow, Robert Kelley and Thaddeus Parham.
Terry striking smile, gentle, kind and respectable ways left an impression on all that knew him. He was beloved and will be greatly missed.
