Age 24, departed this life August 7, 2014.
Tiara Elora Booker was born in Nashville, TN to Petrina McKinnon-Lewis and Thomas Booker, Jr. on September 19, 1989. Tiara transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Thursday, August 7, 2014 after a long battle with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
Tiara was educated in Metro Nashville Public Schools and attended McGavock High School. She earned her GED in 2012. Tiara was a DIVA that loved the Lord, her family, fashion, modeling, hair & make-up, traveling, shopping, social media, inspiring others, being creative and having her own style. Tiara loved cooking, decorating and was a fan of Marilyn Monroe. Tiara gave fashion hair & make-up advice on daily basis to her closest family members and wouldn’t let anyone leave the house without lashes. She often was heard saying, “it just looks better!”
Tiara was loving, outgoing and fun. She loved being with family and friends and having new adventures. She also loved being with her sister Keosha, whom she referred to as “My Otha Half”. They were often mistaken for twins and did everything together enjoying life to the fullest. Tiara also loved spoiling her niece Ke’ Miya who was referred to as her “Mini Me”. All Ke’ Miya’s birthday parties were fabulous and planned by her TeTe. Tiara also favored her “Stinkabutt” Aiden, whom she kept as her own son most of the time. The love of Tiara’s life is her jr. high school sweet heart Donnel “Lil Vac” McAdams. Tiara was a Princess Warrior and fought to live the BEST LIFE EVER inspite of her illness. Tiara was such a sweet person and loved dearly by everyone that she met. Her Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social media pages have over 5,000 pictures and followers. She will surely be missed.
Tiara was preceded in death by her grandparents Archie “Homeboy” and Beatrice “Mrs. Bea” McKinnon; grandmother Betty Ruth Booker; Uncles Claude Rucker and Frederick Adams.
