Tina Rena Majors was born April 21st 1967 in Nashville Tennessee. She was the youngest child born to the union of Emerson Frank majors deceased and Janie M Majors. Tina Rena Majors matriculated through Tennessee public schools and graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1985. She completed two years of study in music at Middle Tennessee State University. Tina effortlessly excelled in all she attempted including academics ,basketball, volleyball, softball ,and culinary arts. Tina was an exceptional violist and an astounding vocalist. While in attendance at Hillsboro high School she sang with the world-renowned sophisticats under the leadership of Bobby Jean Frost. Tina dedicated nearly 40 years of service to the restaurant industry where she shared her culinary expertise, leadership skills and profound sense of order. Tina was most recently employed by Ruby Sunshine in Nashville, Tennessee. She was determined to do her best and help bring out the best in them. Tina majors lived by a code. Tina would say, If you're not going to do it right then damn it don't do it at all. she had an exceptional work ethic and encouraged others around her to be proud of the work that they did. Tina majors was a leader and set the standard for excellence! She loved deeply and cared for many. Tina would take food to the hungry and she would provide clothes for those who had none. Tina will provide shelter to the homeless. Also ,get up early in the morning to pick up employees who had fallen on hard times and were unable to make it to work. She loved deeply but firmly and wrapped her arms around all who were in need. Tina's love for animals was evidenced by her devotion for her fur babies, Luna and Wyatt. She provided a home when they had no other and they became her children and she their mother. She was preceded in death by her father Emerson Frank Majors Jr., her sister Wanda Divine Mathers, and her brother Tardrick Jay Mathers.
Tina Rena Majors leaves to mourn her mother Janie M Majors Skaggs, sisters Jacqueline Vinson-Martin, Yolanda Gray (Danny) Sandra Mathers, and Aureata Majors. all of Nashville, Tennessee. A host of nieces and nephews other relatives. Devoted best friends Jeff Weathers and Ashley Matos. Tina was a compassionate daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and confidant. She will always be loved, never forgotten and forever missed.
