Walter Henry Hooks

Walter Henry Hooks was born to the late Irene Lofton Hooks and John Fulton Hooks on April 26, 1935, in
Williamsport, TN.
Mr. Hooks had a relationship with Christ he was a faithful member of Lee Chapel AME for over 40 years.
Walter was a graduate of the Centerville High School.
Walter met the love of his life Mrs. Josephine, of this astonishing 64 years of marriage they had a total of
3 children.
Mr. Hooks worked at Tennessee State University for 16 years, but let him tell it he was there for over 20
years. He loved his job at TSU transporting the students to and from.
Walter had a thing for classic cars, especially Ford and Lincolns, no other car could come close in his eyes.
He expressed his love for his family in multiple ways of affection.
