Wilamenia Elizabeth Thomas

Wilamenia Elizabeth Thomas, age 64 of Nashville transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Tuesday, November 17, 2023.

She is preceded in death by her life partner of 25 years, Ray Sanders. Remembering the life that she led are her daughters, Donzalay Thomas, and Ebony Sanders and Goddaughter Ackema Walker, all of Nashville, TN; siblings, William Thomas, Michael Thomas, Arthur (Bud) Thomas Jr., Christopher Thomas, Johnathan Thomas, Jackie Coleman (Vernon) Robinson, Tenkel (Earl) Ligon, Dolly (Dennis) Wilbon, Terrance Carter, Donna Hogan, Michelle Beach, Altheia Thomas (deceased), and Crystal Winters (deceased); aunt, Katherine Rouse; cousins, John and Gena Rouse; sisters-in-law, Gloria Sanders (John) Rose , and Beverly (Kerry) Williams; brothers-in-law, Terrance Gray, Keith Puckett, and Troy Sanders; niece, Cassandra Thomas and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Wilamenia lived at John L. Glenn Residential Center where she enjoyed activities with her devoted friends Mama Louise Philips and Roberta Semelley. She will be greatly remembered by them and her devoted friend, Nurlene Price.
