Will A. Lawless, Jr., was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on June 15, 1942, to Will A. Lawless, Sr. and Laura Ella Lawless.
Will entered into eternal rest on March 24, 2014. He attended school in Dayton, Ohio at Roosevelt High School and graduated in 1960 later return to Nashville, Tennessee. Working at Polar Cold Storage Frozen Foods. In August 1962, he joined the United States Air Force, and traveled around the world three times. His job was a Vehicle Operator, Chief Dispatcher, and Chief Supervisor.
Will later retired from the Air Force after serving 20 years in 1982. While serving in the Air Force he received four Air Force Commendation Meals for Outstanding Job Performance, and he also received Five Safety Driver Awards, travel to Chicksands, England, Korea, Bent Waters, England, Thailand, North Dakota, and many more places throughout the world.
After retiring from the United States Air Force, he attended Droughns Junior College, in Nashville, Tennessee where he received an A.S. Degree in Business Management, Travel and Tourism, and Computer Programming, later he worked for the US Postal Services until 1998 when he retired from being a Mail Handler.
Will was a member of St. James Missionary Baptist Church. Will was preceded in death by his father, Will A. Lawless Sr., and mother, Laura McHenry Lawless.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted wife, Marian Lawless; devoted daughter, Tacora Wright; two sons, Ronnie Wright and Tony Wright; a very devoted granddaughter, Aarian Williams; grandsons, Jamarius Williams and Ke’Tarra Wright; and a host of other grandchildren; devoted sister-in-law, Nova Glenn; brother-in-law, Larry Glenn; other nieces, Cynthia Hooten and Curtis Glenn; and a host of friends form Nashville and around the world.
Will A. Lawless leaves to cherish a loving and devoted sister, Alice (James) Yates, of Los Angeles, California; loving and devoted brothers, Samuel (Dorothy M.) Lawless and Daniel Lawless; one aunt, Merriam of Dayton, Ohio; a host of loving other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
