William J. Claybrooks, Sr., age 90, departed this life December 17, 2013.
Mr. Claybrooks, Sr., is survived by his wife, Cheryl; children, Jean (Jimmy) Polk; Sylvia Cheairs; Dierdre Johnson; William J. (Enitra) Claybrooks, Jr.; Travis (Gabriella) Claybrooks; and Stephanie (Timothy) Osborne; 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be held on Monday, December 23, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Riverside Chapel SDA Church, 800 Youngs Lane, Nashville, TN 37207.
I lieu of flowers, the family has requested to send all donations to Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN.; Fifty Forward Bordeaux; and F. H. Jenkins Elementary School in Nashville, TN.
